How do I determine my ring/bracelet/necklace size?
All of our necklaces and bracelets include detailed measurements, which you can find under the 'Measurements' tab on each product page. Many of our pieces are also adjustable, offering flexibility to fit your preference.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Purchases made in-store can also be returned via post.
Please allow five working days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Once processed, a full refund, minus the original postage cost, will be issued to your original payment method.
We offer exchanges within 28 days for customers in the UK on the same item in a different size or colour (excluding earrings). To arrange an exchange, please email us at hello@breakoutjewellery.com. For international orders, we are unable to offer exchanges but are happy to accept returns for a refund, where applicable.
How do I care for and clean my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend storing your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use. For safekeeping, place them in your Break Out pouch to protect against scratches and dust. Clean your jewellery carefully with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to maintain its shine.
