Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Our returns policy is 28 days from receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Please allow five working days after delivery for your return to be inspected and processed. After this time a full refund, less original postage cost, will be issued to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund ten working days after it has been issued, please contact your payment provider for an update. If they are unable to assist please contact us at hello@breakoutjewellery.com and we will be happy to verify the date and details of your refund.
Exchanges
We offer complementary exchanges within 28 days for customers in the UK, on the same item in a different size or colour (excluding earrings). Please email us at hello@breakoutjewellery.com and we will be happy to assist. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders but are glad to accept them for a refund, where appropriate.
Faulty items
On the rare occasion an item develops a fault, please contact us at hello@breakoutjewellery.com and we’ll be glad to help.
We replace/refund faulty items within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. For hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please include a note with your details and order number in any returns. Items received without this information may be subject to a delay in processing. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage or using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for items lost in transit. We do not reimburse return postage costs under any circumstances.
